Juice for the Soul.

Some like it hot,

Some like it cold,

But the Soul likes it,

In the raw, either hot or cold.

Think of the number of ways the word juice is used and you will be amazed to know that it is used almost always to describe the physical body, subject or object.  When something lacks juice, it means that the Soul of the subject is missing.

Natural vegetables and fruits are best taken as Nature has meant it to be taken and that is in its raw form.  Mineral, which is the most delicate and important property of the vegetable and fruit, vanishes the moment it is subject to any form of cooking.  So what the fruit or vegetable in question is left with are the vitamins.  Some of the vitamins too get evaporated under heavy cooking, rendering the vegetable or fruit as just a mush of substance devoid of any nutritional value.

Organically grown produce is far superior in nutritive value than the produce that is grown on soil that has been treated with chemical fertilizers.  No doubt that the vegetables and fruits grown in soil that is fertilized is attractive in appearance, but are not appearances deceptive?  However, the juice bar offers you both, appearance and nutrition in the form of cocktails.
